Need a brisk center exercise? Look no further. Attempt this center and molding exercise brought to you by our VAWESOME Fitness Coach, Paige:


Remember to froth roll or stretch before your exercise! This will help forestall damage, and help you warm up those muscles.

Stage 1: Assault Bike

Begin with 2 minutes of 10/20 interims on the ambush bicycle (substitute eliptical or comparable cardio hardware if strike bicycle is inaccessible)

Stage 2: Core

30 second empty hold (see picture)

stage 3: rest

Take one moment and rest. Rest is a significant advance, don’t skip it!

rehash 3-4 times
